As of October 1st, 2024, the Athēnix Advanced Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Center in Pasadena will officially become a part of Marina Plastic Surgery, Los Angeles, P.C., led by Dr. Justin Perez, MD and operating as Marina Plastic Surgery. Read on to learn more about what this transition means.

What will this change entail?
You may notice changes in Pasadena practice branding, including in-office signage, digital assets, and patient materials. Although the location ownership is changing, all staff, treatments, accounts, and records will remain unchanged.

Will my treatment change?
All planned treatments and upcoming consultations will remain exactly the same. You will visit with the same staff, providers, and medical team. The team will continue to communicate with you as expected. You will not experience any changes in your planned treatment as a result of this transition.

Will the staff change?
All staff, providers, and medical personnel will remain the same. You will continue to receive care from the same individuals and will retain the right to choose your medical providers, just as before.

What will happen to my account balance and medical records?
Any outstanding balances and treatment plans will transfer seamlessly to Marina Plastic Surgery systems without changes. Your medical records will continue to be stored securely at the location where you are receiving treatment. You may request a copy of your records at any time by contacting our office.

Eligibility
  • Promotion valid for new surgical bookings only.
  • Consultation with Dr. Obi may be required prior to booking.
  • Patient must sign surgical quote/agreement and submit required deposit within the promotional period to qualify.
  • Offer applies only to qualifying surgical procedures as determined by the practice.
Promotional Credit
  • Promotional credit will be applied toward the total cost of the qualifying surgical procedure.
  • Credit has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent.
  • Credit may not be applied toward non-surgical treatments, skincare products, consultation fees, financing fees, revision procedures, or prior balances unless otherwise specified by the practice.
Restrictions
  • Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, promotions, package pricing, employee pricing, or third-party promotional programs.
  • Not valid on previously booked procedures or prior consultations.
  • Non-transferable and may only be used by the original patient recipient.
  • Promotion may not be substituted, assigned, or exchanged.
Scheduling & Cancellation
  • Surgery date does not need to occur during the promotional period; however, the procedure must be officially booked and deposit paid during the promotional window to qualify.
  • If the patient cancels the qualifying procedure, the promotional credit will be forfeited.
  • Rescheduling may be subject to practice policies and availability.
General Terms
  • Financing approval, if applicable, is not guaranteed and is subject to third-party lender approval.
  • All procedures carry risks and individual results may vary.
