Your Recovery Process

After the BBL procedure, you may experience some soreness, but it is typically not exceptionally painful. You should limit sitting for about two weeks and sleep on your stomach to speed up healing. Walking on the same day as the surgery can help reduce complications and improve circulation. You'll also need to wear a compression garment for six weeks following the procedure.

Permanent Results

Most patients retain a significant portion of the buttocks' fat volume gained in a Brazilian Butt Lift permanently. Although the body can reabsorb some of the transferred fat over time, the fat remaining approximately six months after the surgery can be considered permanent. These results behave the same as naturally occurring body fat, responding to changes in weight.
