
Dr. Bisher Abdullah graduated from Damascus University School of Medicine and is double board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Gastroenterology and the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Abdullah completed his Residency at the Medical College of Ohio, and thereafter, completed his Fellowship at Riley Children's Hospital at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Abdullah has provided care in the South Puget Sound Community since 1998 and entered private practice in 2014.
Born and raised in Dymascus, Syria, Dr. Abdullah moved to the United States and settled in Ohio to finish his medical training. He has over thirty years of experience in numerous types of gastroenterology, including pediatric gastroenterology. Due to his great interest in the field, he continues to conduct extensive research, write abstracts and publications and presents his findings whenever the opportunity arises.
Dr. Abdullah’s goal is to listen to his patients’ concerns and to provide the highest quality care in a safe, professional, and caring environment. He considers it to be a great privilege to be involved in his every patient’s transformation and loves to help them be the best they can be. Dr. Abdullah is dedicated to providing safe, effective weight loss with long lasting results. He recognizes that every patient is unique, requiring individualized planning and treatment and gives them each the same care and attention that he would want a member of his own family to receive.
